Pumping hot Sauna in beautiful Streedagh beach. The owner is really friendly and it’s an amazing unique hand built sauna. My favourite one in Sligo because it has plenty of space compared with some others! Thanks Wood ya Be well team

Lovely sauna, quick walk to dip in the sea on Streedagh Beach. Unreal views out of the sauna to Benbulbin - maybe the best view from a Sauna in Ireland? I’ll be back! Thanks Eoin.

Tried the new mobile sauna on the beach and loved it. I aim to go 2 or 3 times a week now if I can. Great vibes, super relaxing, and the location is perfect. Nice spot to unwind and do something a bit different!
