Amazing experience! Definitely 5 stars , the young man Dan running it is so knowledgeable and just such a lovely person . It was such an easy booking process . The sauna is clean with the most amazing view of the harbour. We were a group of 6 and booked as a group for a private session we took dips in the sea then followed by warming up in the hot sauna , we even saw some dolphins !!! We would definitely do it again with friends or by myself , a very peaceful invigorated experience in a very unique peaceful setting near to town !!!! Bonus there’s parking

Just had a sauna yesterday.beautiful place, clean and maintained, nice people...and i even went on the sea. I highly recommend

Just had the best experience at Wholesome Heat Sauna Cork 🔥🧖‍♂️ — honestly can’t recommend it enough! The vibe is pure chill from the moment you walk in — super clean, cosy, and welcoming. Had a great time at Wholesome Heat Sauna, it’s perfectly located overlooking Kinsale Harbour, great spot to take a dip in the ocean and warm up while soaking in the savage views!

We tried the sauna/sea experience on Valentine’s Day! It was such a lovely activity to do on a cold fresh day with stunning panoramic views of the coast. It had high-quality heat coupled with cold ice water temperatures and only a short few steps into the sea. We left feeling relaxed and invigorated. Dan was very welcoming and friendly!
