We were served by Alan at bottomless brunch and he made our day! He has a class personality and brought such a fun and welcoming atmosphere to the event. We would 11/10 come again just to see Alan and experience his experience as a bartender/server. Gaia is fabulous 7 days a week, and they know how to throw an event! Would recommend 100000000%

Service was good. Cocktails were 5/10. We asked Alan to make cocktails based on our favourite drinks but we weren’t a huge fan of them. Hopefully will try again as the other reviews say the cocktails here are amazing. A shame we didn’t have the same experience.

What an amazing cocktail bar! If you are in the area (or even if you are not), make it out for these top of the line cocktails. The espresso martini was next level, especially with the caramel in it. The Bramble and the Terra Verte were equally premium drinks you'd expect from a high end cocktail bar in the city centre. Recommended for a full night out of amazing drinks!

Been going here a while and every night here is a fantastic night. But last Friday we met the bartender Alan WHO WAS MAGNIFICENT 🤩 and that made me have to write a review just to give him a shout out 🤴 He made the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had in Ireland ☕️🍸and his charisma is ✨unmatched✨. Best guy around.

I had a birthday party at the gaia recently and I couldn't recommend it more. The Gaia has the perfect combination of the buzz and atmosphere of a club and the intimacy and social aspect of a pub.The venue is gorgeous but what made it stand out was the outstanding service and staff : Allen, John and Darren made sure myself and my party were all well taken care of and took the time to have a bit of banter with us in between it all. Hats off to all the staff and everyone working in the backround for Gaia. Great spot. 👍👍👍
