Great facility! The sauna was very clean and well-maintained. It was a comfortable and enjoyable escape . Absolutely loved it! My muscles felt so loose and I walked out feeling revitalized. Five stars—I'll be back soon!

Gorgeous sauna and cold plunges. Great changing rooms with 2 privacy cubicles, toiletries and lots of space. Brilliant value for money, especially off peak times and a really lovely experience, highly recommend!

Brilliant spot to relax and recharge! The sauna is always at the perfect temp, and the cold plunge is great. Very clean, chill atmosphere, and really friendly staff. Can’t recommend it enough!

I had an amazing experience at this sauna and cold plunge facility. The space is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, creating the perfect environment to unwind and recharge. The sauna was soothing and the cold plunge invigorating.. a fantastic combination for both body and mind. What truly sets this place apart is the staff and how easy it is to book. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, recover, or simply treat themselves to a bit of wellness!
