Absolutely beautiful patch of land right beside Ballyscanlon Lake. The 55 minute sauna sessions are perfect for mixing it up with some cold therapy whether that be the lake, barrels or rain shower. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous wee evening session. The lake is very calm and the view out the window of the sauna is incredibly relaxing. The lads are very sound and helpful as well!
