Great sauna! Located on a lake walking track. Comfortably fits all 7 participants in each session. Good value and the cold bucket, cold shower and plunge pools pair well with the sauna. Changing facilities onsite too

What an amazing Autumn experience. This was the first time myself and my partner went and it was well worth it. From the amazing atmosphere with a lovely fireplace outdoors to friendly staff, it exceeded my expectations. There are two cold plunge pools, one shower and an ice bucket all to finish with the fabulous sauna. Definitely worth it.

Amazing sauna in the woods right in front of the lake. Very new and fresh, the view is unbeatable. There’s a cold stream right next to it, a bucket with cold water and two cold water baths. Good changing rooms and a seating area for afterwards. And there is a great walk along the lake here too. Highly recommend and will come back!

Had a really good experience at the Sauna Society this afternoon. On a surprise trip for me and my fiancé it was a lovely experience to be surrounded by nature at the shores of Lough Ennell. Would highly recommend to clear the mind and switch off!!!

Absolutely lovely :) We went to the Sauna Society in Mullingar by the lake and it was a fantastic and relaxing experience. Equipped of two changing rooms, a nice fire to sit around with chairs, two plunge rooms and a cold water bucket which was really fun to do. Will definitely be back!
