I've visited the Sauna Mill twice now – once with friends and once with my partner – and I’ve had an amazing experience both times! The atmosphere is so relaxing, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, whether you’re with loved ones or just looking for some personal time. The facilities are spotless and well-maintained, making it feel extra comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough – it’s become my go-to spot for relaxation. I’ll definitely be back again soon! Highly recommend!

Beautiful location surrounded by an old mill ruin with a very relaxing ambiance. The sauna is always at a perfect temperature & very clean. The ice baths are a huge addition to this fantastic local facility here in ballinhassig, just 15m drive from ballincollig & surrounding areas of cork city. Highly recommend!!
