Our family and extended family enjoyed a private 1 hour session in The Sauna District at Dunboyne GAA over Christmas. Everyone, young and old enjoyed it. It has a cold plunge pool, big sauna, smaller private sauna, outdoor hot tub, and outdoor log fire and we went from one to the other. The business owner, Mike, was on site with his friendly dog, Skittles, and that was an unexpected bonus. Mike is a lovely young man and this is a relatively new business venture for him, so it felt good to support him. Overall it was a brilliant experience and I highly recommend it to everyone.

One of the best sauna and cold plunge spots I’ve been to! Such a hidden gem with a really nice vibe. Has an unreal hot tub. The public sauna and cold plunge is really spacious!! There is also the option to do the private sauna which is really nice to do with a small group. Also a fire pit that’s really nice to chill around- can even order pizza there too!! The owner is so sound and has the cutest doggie helper :)

Excellent a MUST DO if in Dunboyne. We just had the loveliest afternoon here. So much fun. The sauna, the plunge pool and the jacuzzi are fabulous. The place is immaculate and we will definitely be back. Thank you Mike

Verry nice and cozy place. We booked the private sauna and enjoyed the hot tub as well, all this shile sipping a glas of proseco. The staff was verry welcoming and responsive via sovial media. Definitely recommend
