Lovely area to visit - the entry path to the beach extremely steep and slippy - (not recommended) - walk to the water takes too much time (really eats into booking). Needs to move the pod for it to be better positioned. Facilitator not very approachable.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Recovery Pod Sauna on Inchydoney Beach, and it was absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, the experience was perfect. The sauna itself is beautifully maintained, offering stunning views of the beach—there’s nothing quite like relaxing in the heat while hearing the soothing sounds of the waves. Kevin’s attention to detail really shines through ,the space was clean, welcoming, and perfectly designed for ultimate relaxation. The location is unbeatable. After a good session in the sauna, stepping out into the fresh sea air or taking a dip in the water is sheer perfection. Kevin was a fantastic host—friendly, accommodating, and clearly passionate about creating an amazing experience for his guests. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Inchydoney, this is an absolute must-try. I can’t wait to come back and would recommend The Recovery Pod sauna to anyone looking for a unique and rejuvenating experience.

Visited last weekend Top service from Kevin at the Recovery Pod Sauna a very nice spot to visit lovely view of the beach from inside the sauna highly recommended! Will definitely be back in the future 🙌🏼

The recovery pod sauna is a great facility in a stunning location located just off inchydoney beach. Such a wonderful way to relax and replenish with such amazing views. Kevin is very friendly and always at hand to answer any questions or give any assistance you might need, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area
