Nestled on the shores of Lough Neagh, this sauna spot offers a serene and rejuvenating experience that's hard to match. The location itself is fab, with panoramic views of the vast lough, surrounded by lush greenery and a tranquil atmosphere that instantly soothes the soul. The owners are friendly and attentive, ensuring that our visit was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a memorable and revitalising experience!

Not just a sauna, a whole new sauna experience! I can’t recommend The Hot Rocks Sauna enough. Set in a breathtaking location, nestled on the shores of lough neagh, with a panoramic view across the lough right from your seat in the sauna the hot rocks sauna is the place to unwind, relax and fully immerse yourself in the traditional sauna experience. A perfect location for contrast therapy, you can split your time between the sauna and the ice tub, or take a dip/swim in the lough. I especially recommend the sauna rituals experience, the ice bowl ritual is a must try, immerse yourself in steam and aromatic essential oils. After the natural, handmade scrubs, you’ll leave feeling like a new person. Andrea and Jacek are two of the loveliest people, their passion and knowledge of traditional sauna is both fascinating and contagious.

Absolutely fantastic set up in every aspect. From the service, the sauna and everything else that was laid out. I do a lot of saunas, this is one of the top experiences I have had to date. Went at night and it was all lit by fire, in a very natural and peaceful setting, dreamy. The owner was very enthusiastic and passionate, clearly a man who really enjoys this and loves to share it with others. He even took us through a bit of a sauna ritual, while educating us greatly on all aspects of sauna and safety. 10/10 would recommend and will be visiting regularly from now. Already recommended to a number of my friends also.

Lovely couple runs this place. Very professional. Cosy and warm atmosphere with beautiful views of the Lock. We went for the 3h experience and it didn't disappoint.
