1st time going with 2 friends of mine. I loved the experience. Everything was top notch, so clean and staff were so friendly. It runs so smoothly. The smaller sauna was lovely and quiet for me and my 2 friends. The bigger sauna was fuller. We tried the plunge pool and getting into river. The pool was 4 degrees where as the river was 6 degrees. Felt great after the 45 mins at it. I will be back.

I had an amazing experience at Hot Box Sauna in Navan. I booked a session because I wanted something that felt relaxing, grounding and a bit different and it honestly exceeded what I expected. From the moment I walked in, the place had a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole session feel effortless. The sauna itself is immaculate, with a cosy, modern setup that feels private and premium.
