I had the most enjoyable time in the sauna. The sauna is kept in perfect condition with oils and relaxation tools available. The ice bath was a tough experience in the best way. Clean, refreshing and deeply invigorating. So good i went back the day after for a second session. Looking forward to the next visit

Travelled from cork for this sauna as I haven’t had one that was just right in a while. Was well worth the drive, would recommend. The sauna and ice bath is kept in pristine condition, having the ice bath available is a must need for any sauna to cool you down from the heat. Felt great afterwards and will definitely be back.

This was an incredibly refreshing experience and the facilities were clean and easy to use. The price is incredibly reasonable and it feels private.

This was a great experience we will deffo be back. One thing I would recommend is a small step to get up into the caravan and the Ice Baths just for us vertically challenged 😁 This would and will not stop us going back again. The sauna is small and is only for 3 people but great heat and immaculately clean and tidy. A light or sign just to show where you turn would be good at night but we still found it easy. The Ice bath is great you can get in enough to float if you can stand the cold. There was 3 of us and we all really enjoyed it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Peaceful, clean, and very relaxing. The service is great, the lemon water was a nice touch, and the ice baths had plenty of space to stretch out! Perfect for muscle recovery during the busy GAA season and off-season too. Highly recommend!
