I can't recommend this enough! The combination of sauna sessions followed by an invigorating swim in the sea was truly revitalizing. I highly recommend anyone seeking revitalizations and relaxation, as well as improved mind and physical wellbeing to try it. You’ll love it, you’ll want to keep going beyond the 50 minute session and your mind and body will thank you for it!

Fab spot in the sunny south east, Carol and Dara make the experience all the better with their local knowledge! Loved my afternoon in the sauna and having the option of a dip in the sea only yards away. Check it out next time your near Fethard on Sea/Hook Peninsula👌🏻

The sweathoose is a little gem. Carol runs Yoga Friday evenings by the sea. A perfect way to end the week. The sauna experience is Divine, the views spectacular. Carol and Daragh are super hosts that are always welcoming and friendly. Don’t miss out on this experience if you’re in the area.
