Immaculate facilities and the lad working the desk was extremely sound. However, I was not massively keen on the fact that the sauna had speakers playing music inside. I would prefer a companionable and meditative silence or chats and laughs to U2 etc. on the playlist… but very nice overall!

Incredible sauna experience, I’ve been to all the ones around Dublin and this is definitely the best. The whole set up and vibe is amazing. The ice baths are freezing and really clean and the sauna is brand new and really spacious. It’s nice they play music in the sauna too as a change from the usual quiet. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve tried a few saunas around Dublin, and Saunos in Sandycove is easily the best I’ve been to. The ice bath here is by far the coldest, which I love. The whole area is clean, spacious, and never feels crowded. The staff are friendly and welcoming every time. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a jog or a chilled-out day around Dún Laoghaire. Highly recommend!

Felt like I was a million miles away from Dublin, somewhere so peaceful and chilled. The place was so clean and was so nice to be greeted with such a warm welcome and the most stunning dog too. The temperatures of the ice baths and saunas were perfect enough to put you out of your comfort zone but still enjoyable at the same time. I'm already excited to go again.
