Had such a great time at this sauna! The heat was perfect - really hot. The cold plunge was properly cold too, which made for an amazing contrast. Rob is fantastic and really made the experience even better. Can't wait to come back!

Absolutely brilliant experience! The sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub are all spotless and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing, and you can really feel the care that’s gone into creating the space. Perfect balance of heat and cold for recovery and unwinding. Staff were welcoming and made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back – highly recommend!
