Fab spot for the run club, Niamh was absolutely lovely and it made for a relaxing morning. Really casual and welcoming, would recommend to anyone thinking of trying a sauna!

Great sauna experience beside a lovely safe swimming spot. Friendly staff especially Ash. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Fab sauna. Just finished up and possibly the sauna I’ve tried in a long time: plenty big & plenty hot (nothing more disappointing than a tepid sauna). Nice & clean inside too. Was parked at Whitestrand the day we went which is also a fab spot - sea nice & calm perfect for the cold dip. Will def be back again soon 🔥❄️🌊
