I’ll be honest, I thought this was going to be one of those places just for athletes or really hardcore types, so I was a bit unsure about going in. Couldn’t have been more wrong. The space is amazing, the staff are absolutely sound, and the whole experience was unbelievable. I’m delighted I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried it. It’s such a warm, welcoming place and it’s for everyone — I can’t wait to come back.

A beautiful oasis away from the business of every day life. As soon as you step in to the sauna social you feel like you are getting away from it all. The attention to detail in the aesthetic is outstanding. The saunas are the biggest around which allows for some personal space, while getting your sweat on. Two different temperature cold baths to choose from also cooling the body down between sauna visits. The 50 minutes allows for you to trully switch off and not feel rushed. Will be back!

Such a beautiful set up and great attention to deatil from the min you arrive, the facilities are top notch and the place is spotless, the staff are very friendly and helpful , it's a little taste of heaven to relax and recharge
