An amazing spot- staff are incredibly friendly, the facilities are fantastic, we especially loved the sauna and massage guns. We haven't felt this relaxed in a long time and we will definitely be back!

A great set up for sauna and cold plunge in Newcastle! Sauna sits at a great temperature and has nice little extras like the ice bombs! Definitely a must try if in the area 🙌🏻

Top class, hottest sauna that I know of in the whole area- maybe even the county and two plunge pools, one of which has actual ice poured into it to make it a proper ice bath and sauna experience. Great relaxed and friendly service from staff also, no fuss, everything is a breeze here. Highly recommend a membership.

Brilliant services, very accommodating. Have everything you need! Even included perfume, deodorant and shampoo in the changing rooms. Not too busy at all when I arrived which was great. Definitely will be back. Most impressed

It's a great concept; love the dimly lit atmosphere for down-regulation, along with the massage guns it's a great place in the evenings for sleep prep, however two things that really lets it down is that there's rarely ice in the cold water and then it's just horrible to have to endure a cold shower at the end of your session, which kind of un-does all the relaxation. Also, for some of us, we've come from far away and sometimes after the gym or a mountain hike and would like a hot shower to wash hair etc before our long drive home. The lack of private hot showers really lets the whole thing down and especially at the price of almost £16 now!! Otherwise, everything else is great.
