You must get to this amazing space. The Sauna was beautiful and what a view. The cold plunge after the sauna was revitalising to say the least. I was welcomed on arrival and shown how to use everything. If you are in the area trust me it will be worth getting yourself here 👌

From the moment you step in, the space feels calm, warm, and intentional — every detail considered. The sauna itself is beautifully crafted, clean, and super comfortable, with lovely views of the Burren. Whether you’re a sauna regular or trying it for the first time I can’t recommend it enough!

Visited Reale Burren Sauna at the weekend and had an amazing experience. My partner booked an hour slot kinda last minute and the facilities were fantastic. The sauna was so spacious & comfortable and the plunge pool was incredible — a great temperature and the ideal way to finish the session. Although I can’t use a sauna at the moment, I was able to come along and sit by the pool, which was really appreciated. There’s a bench area and a clock clearly visible outside the sauna door which is so handy. The shower and bathroom facilities were excellent, with great water pressure and a really nice setup to freshen up afterwards. There’s also a drinks fridge on site that you can Revolut to use — such a lovely touch and definitely appreciated, as our 1L of water wasn’t enough! Damien was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing a genuine 10/10 service. We’ll absolutely be back again — well worth the hour’s drive from Limerick.

Such a gem! The couple who owns this are both wonderful, our private session was so relaxing. The views are great, it's very private, clean, spacious, and there's a small fridge of inexpensive drinks to enjoy if you wish. We also were able to hook up our music to their nice speaker system, which plays throughout the entire space. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience of sauna in scrupulously clean and well attended Kinvara-based sauna. Went for a swim in Traught beach, then rolled up to Damien’s sauna to find a perfect experience! The attention to detail: speakers which connected easily to spotify, Revolut friendly drinks dispenser, plunge pool, showers with toiletries, bathroom… what more could you want! Highly recommend this experience. Top marks!
