The rooms were a good size and very clean. The bathroom was neat, and the shower worked perfectly. The food at the restaurant was truly excellent. After dinner, there was the option to take a walk on the beach or along the coast. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Had the most wonderful weekend! Friendly staff from beginning to end of our stay. Room was clean and bright and had a beautiful view of the harbor and the mountains in the background. Lots of variety for breakfast, fry up was tasty, and the staff helpful and friendly. Holiday atmosphere, stunning surroundings and friendly people, definitely recommend. Thank you.

I have spent 6 days riding around Ireland, and everything was great. But then we arrived at the Pier Head Hotel Thanks everyone for making our last night fantastic The staff are simply incredible at reception, the restaurant and the bar The setting is also fairytale A wonderful hotel and also very honestly priced Thanks again everyone, from Kevin, Oliver and Henrik

Have been coming here for years and the quality of the leisure pool has been declining. The steam room was out of service, the sauna was tepid, the plumbing in the changing rooms smells like the toilets are backing up into it, the tiles are nearly black in places and the lockers don't work. Tried to get changed in the changing rooms but due to the lack of lockers the benches were taken up with everyone's kit. The place is very run down and felt disgusting.
