Beautiful, Peaceful and Warm. Fantastic facilities in a quiet, nature filled space with changing rooms, a beautiful outdoor shower and a large sauna perfect for groups. Aileen and Pat could not do enough for you, you feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend Oakdale Sauna

Had a great experience at Oakdale Sauna and Wellness. The sauna itself is well set up and spacious. Lovely spot to switch off and reset. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality sauna experience

A fabulous evening in a beautiful setting. Rena and Aileen made the gathering really special and looked after everyone so well. Sauna was a treat and I wish the girls continued success.

What a beautiful space Pat and Aileen have created for us all to relax, unwind and detox. As a regular visitor to the sauna I highly recommend a spin to Oakdale. Great job folks and continued success for the future 😊.
