Great product and works perfectly for a great price but note review as follows; After extensive research online and going into showrooms around Dublin (Ireland), I decided to order from Nebula Spa as the price was by far the best but it didnt not include assemply/installation which local companies could. The order was delayed and took a bit longer to arrive as I ordered when Trump announced his tarriffs and the logistics market when into meltdown. It only resulted in a two week delay which I was fine with but Nebula Spa sent me some gifts in the meantime which was a very nice touch. I ordered the Nordic Bliss 2 (2 person) Traditional Electric Sauna and it came in flat back packaging which were heavy to move upon delivery. It took me around half a day to assemble the sauna myself and it wouldnt be feasible to assemble by someone without some strength as the parts are big and heavy. The instructions were not very clear so it took a bit longer but I managed to figure it out as there were no screws or drilling involved, just assembly of the various large sauna component parts. Once fully assembled, I noticed the heater needs an electrician to install. This was were I came into difficulty as it was hard to find an electrician to take on the job or one that knew how to hardwire a sauna heater. The heater has to be connected directly into fuse box so you cannot do it yourself, unless you're an electrician. Eventually I got an electrician in and he found the instructions difficult to read and follow so it was a more difficult job than anticipated. The installation was the hard part and I would probably have considered ordering an infrared sauna as this is plugged into socket so easy installation. The electrician cost was not cheap and it was a full days work given the sauna was not set up in the house so it added onto the price of the sauna itself. Regardless, the sauna is working perfectly now and I'm very happy with the product, just be warned that the Traditional/Electric sauna needs work and a strong person to assemble and also an electrician to hook up the sauna heater which incurs an additional cost.

It would be nice if they had a phone service but their email service is really good. Ordered the Crystal Sauna and waited just over a week and received an additional gift. It’s nice the way delivery is free

Absolutely Brilliant customer service, I’ve been looking to purchase a jacuzzi for the summer and I couldn’t have found a better place to do it. The employee gave me the best choices to pick from to satisfy my needs. He was also very generous with the deal that he has given me and the delivery service was effortless. Will definitely be recommending to my friends. Perfect in time for the warmer season!

At first I was sceptical the way it's an online store and I thought they are realitvely new on the market. I was worried about the delivery and quality of the bathtub and sauna I ordered not being best quality as advertised. However I was very nicely surprised as the sauna's and the bathtub's build quality was exceptionally good and I received both in less than two weeks after ordering, also I received a little surprise gift from the company. So overall I am very happy with my experience with Nebulaspa and most likely will buy a hot tub soon.
