My Hot Spot is my favourite place to be every weekend. From Rory’s friendly & warm greeting to the amazing community of like minded people he has brought together. I just love the whole experience. I can feel the benefits on my nervous system and it has helped me build up my stamina and confidence for cold plunges. Highly recommend a visit to My Hot Spot ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is literally the best place to enjoy time for yourself, switch off from the daily troubles in whole of Cork. There always nice people around having a nice chat and some banter… The view over the ocean is incredible, in the early morning hours or the late night sessions…. The sauna has close access to the sea, a nice little shower and a cool water barrel, simply amazing! Keep up the good job you’re doing!

The location is unbelievable. You can jump right in the ocean, use the barrels, or there is a cold shower, too. The sauna is the perfect size cosy but not cramped. The local people are friendly, and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Rebecca recommended an amazing brunch spot a short walk away. Really, if I could start every day like that, I would be winning. If you are in Youghal, don't miss your chance it books up quickly.

What a beautiful place! Watching the sea and warming up before and after a swim was lovely. Also a tub of cool water outside if you don’t want to make a dash to the sea. The sauna itself is in excellent condition and welcome was wonderful too. Thank you for a lovely time!

A wholesome and enjoyable weekend activity. Beautiful views from the sauna, a big barrel outside to dip into to cool down if you don't wish to run into the sea. The owner Michelle is very friendly. Activity is very good value!
