Nervous system reset My Haven Sauna This is a must try, beautiful setting led by Lady Fi. Feel great after this for a few days complete reset, transforming the body & mind with guided meditation & hot/ cold therapy , added bonus of lovely salt scrub and oils from My Haven Sauna . Would highly recommend 🙂.

We truly enjoyed the Oysterhaven, Kinsale area meditation sauna and ocean plunge session w/Fiona @ My Haven Sauna, so much that we booked two additional sessions during our vacation in Cork. Fiona is an expert in many modalities from lymphatic systems to yoga pressure points. The view from inside the sauna is beautiful. We walked blissfully into the ocean utilizing a boat launch ramp. It is perfection! Fiona is able to facilitate both beginners and meet the expectations of experienced sauna & cold plunge people alike. Salts and oils are complimentary during sessions....top quality.

Beautiful location and such a relaxing experience in the sauna. The swim was incredible and views from the sauna were unbeatable. Paul, the owner of the sauna, was lovely to chat to! I drove from Cork City and it was well worth it. Highly recommend!

One of the loveliest saunas in Cork. Like a proper mini spa session, the salt scrub and body oils provided are a very appreciated and thoughtful addition! It's also easy to access the water by going down the pier, the sauna itself was also clean and properly heated to 90 degrees which was nice! Highly recommend this sauna.

Yup. Do it! Do it! Amazing setting, salt and oils a lovely touch. Always friendly people inside (other clients) and outside (organizers) who are sometimes interchangeable!! (Top tip though is to check tides, experience way better at high tide)
