Really enjoyed this. Visited the sauna at Youghal Quay. It's a fantastic set up, and excellent service. Sauna is very hot and it's only a few short steps to jump into the water and cool off. Highly recommend.

A magical, relaxing, fun experience. Move from the intense heat of the sauna to the chilly shock of the lake and back again. Beautiful restful view from sauna. Lake shore very stony with sharp slippy stones which makes access tricky so wear swim shoes unless you have tough feet!
