What a fantastic facility to have locally. Great for recovery, dealing with an minor injuries or need to unwind after a long day, this is the ideal place. Not overcrowded and spotless. Highly recommended.

HYLO is one of those places you walk out of feeling like a completely upgraded version of yourself. The ice baths are the real deal, properly cold (in the best way), refreshing rather than intimidating and exactly what you want when you’re looking for that post-plunge clarity. The sauna balances it perfectly, beautifully hot and spacious. Everything feels well thought out and well run. Booking is straightforward, the space never feels cramped and the staff are genuinely friendly. You get the sense that they care about the experience as much as the facilities themselves. If you’re into hot–cold therapy or just looking for a place to reset, HYLO delivers. You leave feeling calmer, clearer and just generally better than when you walked in.
