I’ve never felt so at peace in a sauna space! it’s absolutely stunning and spotless, very woman friendly everything is so well thought out and the staff are so lovely! Hot tub is also an amazing plus! 10/10

An Absolute Gem - Hideaway Sauna, Kilkenny The Hideaway Sauna in Kilkenny truly lives up to its name. Set in a beautiful, peaceful location, it’s the perfect escape for anyone looking to relax, reset, or recover. The sauna itself is fantastic, complemented by an amazing hot tub and not one, but three cold plunges, which really elevate the whole experience. The facilities are spotless and well thought out, with great changing rooms that make everything comfortable and hassle-free. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and ideal whether you’re unwinding after a long week or focusing on recovery. A flawless experience from start to finish!10/10 recommendation for anyone who wants pure relaxation or proper recovery. I’ll definitely be back!

I went here yesterday morning and this place was an awesome find and absolutely worth the visit. Great atmosphere and a fun vibe that made the whole experience really enjoyable. The quality for the price was seriously impressive, everything felt well above what you’d expect for the cost, so the value for money is excellent. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to

Popped in after a short run around Kilkenny. Friendly welcoming staff greeted us on arrival and even recognised herself from a previous visit 😊 male changing room very spacious and the sauna temperature was just right ✅️ three cold baths 🥶 of different temperature to cold dip, hot tub ,all set in a fairylight atmospheric landscape, hidden away from the outside world ,giving a peaceful escape to enjoy your experience ✨️

Went with a group of friends. Was really really impressed. Everything was super, staff was lovely. The sauna/Jacuzzi and ice baths were really well kept and hygienic. The changing room was kept really well and was actually heated which was a lovely touch. The landscaping was also beautifully done. 10/10 recommend
