I had the most amazing experience at Free Soul Sauna in Cahore. From the moment I arrived, the whole vibe was just so peaceful and calming. You can really feel the care and thought that’s gone into creating such a welcoming space – the setting by the sea is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is pure relaxation. The sauna itself is beautiful – clean, cosy, and the heat is just perfect. It’s the ideal place to switch off, take a breath, and completely unwind. Whether you’re popping in for a bit of self-care or catching up with a friend, it’s such a lovely way to spend some time. Can’t recommend it enough – I left feeling like a new person! I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been waiting for this sauna to come to Cahore for so long. It’s got the best view in Ireland, in a great location & will become my weekly ritual all year long. Sauna, sea dip ,Pizza, coffee & a cliff walk - it’s got it all.

Yesterday I was treated to a session at Free Soul Sauna at Cahore. What an excellent experience. I felt relaxed from the sauna with a wonderful view, then energised from the chilly sea dip. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. The sauna was kept clean and was lovely and warm. A very professional experience.
