Tried this sauna for the first time the other day. I’ve been to many saunas across the country and county and this is definitely in the top 3. The lad working there was friendly and a gent. I had the sauna to myself which was relaxing but will be interesting to try a social one sometime. Nice cold showers and a great cold plunge. Nice essential oil and timers. Highly recommend, great amount of heat in the sauna too and very fairly priced!

I had an incredible experience at this sauna and couldn’t be more impressed with the facilities and staff. The sauna itself was immaculate, with just the right balance of heat and comfort. It’s clear that everything is maintained to a very high standard. I especially loved the ice baths—refreshing, invigorating, and perfect after a long sauna session. The contrast therapy really made a difference in how I felt afterward. The showers were very spacious, with great water pressure. The changing rooms were just as impressive: clean, well-lit, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to relax and take your time. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every person I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They clearly care about creating a relaxing and rejuvenating environment. Whether you're a first-timer or a regular, they make you feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely be back—it’s the perfect place to unwind and recharge.

Great sauna, with ice baths and shower facilities. Friendly staff and right next door to Roasted Brown for great coffee too!

Great facility with consistently hot electric sauna, cold showers and plunge pools. Very handy if you don't fancy walking to the sea. Co-located with Roasted Brown serving top quality coffee! Staff are friendly & helpful..

I recently visited this sauna for the first time, and the staff were incredibly sound. The facilities are excellent, with a sauna, ice bath, changing rooms. Can’t ask for anything more. The coffee from Roasted Brown is also fantastic. I’ll definitely be recommending it!
