Love heading to Contrast wellness - solo or with friends. Eamon and Graham, and the team are the best. The sauna is always toasty, and the cold plunge is fab - love that it's big enough for us all the brave the cold together. Would recommend to a friend! 5 stars

I have been to contrast wellness Athlone, 3 times now and everytime, I have always been made feel so welcome. The standard of the sauna and cold plunge is the best I have experienced to date. Recovery for powerlifting is made that much better having this facility in Athlone. Highly recommend 👌

As always we had agreat experience at contrast wellness. The sauna is spotless and the location in Shannonbridge is not only picturesque but perfect for jumping into the cold Shannon to cool you down or sit in the ice bath with an fantastic view. We couldn't recommend it highly enough and of course we will be back. As for the hosts Graham and Eamonn you couldn't meet 2 nice people, who have the craic and advise you on anything you need to know. Thank you.

I’ve had this experience in a number of different locations, and I must say the Contrast Wellness location at House Fitness in Athlone really stands out. The space is well lit and kitted out to a very high standard. All of the staff are friendly, welcoming, and inviting.

We booked Contrast Wellness Sauna and Cold Plunge for a private event at Lion's Breath Yoga Studio. Graham was extremely professional, providing us with an e-book on the benefits of hot and cold therapy in advance of the event. Both men were very reliable and a pleasure to deal with. Graham arrived well in advance to set up for the afternoon. Right away, I could tell this was going to be an elevated experience. He chose the ideal location for the cold plunge and even brought water in his van to speed up the filling process. Graham also provided ice blocks. The sauna was super slick (black in colour) which included essential oils to add to the hot stone. It was also spotless inside, with a footpath before entering. He set up astroturf beneath the steps to the sauna and in front of the cold plunge to zone off the area and enhance the feeling underfoot. We were thrilled with the overall experience they provided and have booked them again. They were incredibly reliable and professional, very friendly to deal with, and I would absolutely recommend them.
