Had an amazing experience at Cocoon today. The saunas were immaculately clean and the water was intensely cold. Went away feeling refreshed and relaxed. Eli is a gentleman.

The Cocoon Sauna and swim.is now part of my weekly recovery and it does just that, helps you recover from life's stresses in a stunning setting. I.love that the sauna is right beside the water. Very quick access between the sauna and cool ocean. Claire and Eli are incredible hosts. The sauna is kept super clean. The wood fire is well topped up and on a miserable day outside it's incredible to sit in this nurturing heat. The view, the lovely touch with the essential oils, the authentic calm of Claire and Eli all lend for an incredible restorative experience. Highly recommend.
