What an exhilarating experience. Located in a relatively secluded part of the park beside the lake for a nice plunge before, during and after the Sauna has left me refreshed and wanting more. Fair play to the the lads for setting this up for so many to enjoy without having to break the bank. It was a fantastic experience which I would highly recommend to anyone with chronic pain. The combination of hot and cold has really worked wonders on my shoulder.

What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. A sauna with a view of the stunning Lough Key, a clear lake in which to take a dip and chairs to take in the scenery after you're done. Bliss! Value for money-wise this can't be beaten. Add to the fact that is good for the body and soul, it's a must. As an added bonus this sauna has changing rooms and a place to store your clothes. I can't recommend Ce Sauna enough.

Absolutely fantastic,the location is amazing a little piece of heaven and the sauna is so gorgeous. Had the most fabulous time here,Shane is great couldn't do enough for you.Lovely oils used in the water in the sauna too makes it even nicer .Fab seating for afterwards if you just want to chill for a while watching the swans and ducks that are on the lake .One of the nicest experiences I have had will definitely be back for more and so reasonably priced. Well done lads ..

A beautiful barrel sauna, perfect temperature and very clean, in a great setting in lough key park forest. One bit of advice is get a shower card in the main reception before you head over to the sauna, the showers are located beside reception cost €6. Highly recommend Ce Sauna it makes the trip to the park!

If you're hungover, have joint problems or just need to be reinvigorated or all of the above, this the spot! Excellent location, excellent value and excellent staff. I felt brilliant after it. Highly recommended.
