My self & my husband had a lovely day on Saturday in the Sauna in Glendalough. Matt is so friendly and made us feel very welcome. There was no time pressure and it was so relaxing. The plunge in the river was a new experience an it was so refreshing. I would highly recommend it. Thanks Matt

Had an amazing day here for my friends birthday. We did axe throwing and a sauna session and we will definitely be back again as it was so fun and so well organised!

One of the best quality saunas I’ve used. The owner was a gent and offered us fruit and refreshments free of charge. River beside sauna is ideal for cold plunge.

Just had a fantastic day throwing axes with Axe Club. Highly recommend a trip to this place. We will try get back and do the hot pod and river dip soon. Thanks again all.
