Outstanding experience from start to finish with Patrick at awaken saunas. He is professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable making the entire process stress free. He takes time in communicating with you making decisions easy to make. We love our sauna. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking a premium sauna experience.

5 star service and they make a very solid professionally built sauna. The Harvia stove is the best you can get, the wood burner I have heats up quickly and offers a nice atmosphere. Interior wood is high quality. No gimmicks needed. Having opted for insulation ensures the sauna holds heat between sessions and temperature is easily controlled by adding water. Having lived in Scandinavia- I can say this is a great home use buy. Thanks Patrick 🙏🏻

From start to finish Patrick was brilliant. I decided to get the 1-5 person wood burning sauna and all I can say is it’s amazing. I opted to pay extra and have the team assemble it at my house and they were finished in just under 3 hours. Heats up in roughly 45 minutes to about 70-80c and gets hotter the longer you wait. All I can say is if anyone I know is looking to buy a sauna I’d definitely recommend Awaken Saunas

absolutely delighted with my new sauna. The quality is outstanding - beautiful craftsmanship and built to last. The delivery and assembly team were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. They even walked me through all the features. Since installation, it's been fantastic. Heats up quickly, performs brilliantly, and has become an essential part of my daily routine. Elite product with elite service. Highly recommend!

First Class service from Awaken Saunas. Ordering something as big as this was daunting for me and I had so many questions - but nothing at all was a bother to Patrick. He was so knowledgeable, informative and the excellent communication instantly put my mind at ease! Delivery and installation was seamless, and Patrick kept in contact at every step. Our electrician got us all connected and we had our first sauna tonight - wow wow wow. The quality is unreal! I would 100% recommend this company if you are thinking about a sauna. And they’re local!!! Thanks so much to Patrick & Team. This sauna is the icing on the cake to our garden renovation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
