Great place for relaxation and recovery. Saunas, ice baths and jacuzzi all really well kept and clean. Beautiful setting under the trees. Lovely welcoming staff and great value too. Highly recommended

savage savage bacon and cabbage get yerself to this place...on my doorstep well 2 mins up the road.. brilliant to have this in the town really enjoyable and relaxing.... saunas are excellent so is the hot tub... ice baths could do with being a little cooler staff are sound too best of luck to emmet and brendan with it..... Blue

Had a fabulous experience at Anam Sauna with a few friends. Clean and beautifully landscaped and even though it's on the edge of town, the tall overhanging trees make you feel your in the heart of the countryside. Looking forward to a return already.
