Great sauna was super hot and a fresh dip in the harbour or barrel for cold. Did 1hour 15min on heat followed by cold. Felt like I was reborn. Highly recommend, well run and a great coffee afterward.

What a fantastic experience! We had this little slice of paradise to ourselves for a full hour, in disbelief nobody else was there enjoying this beautiful place!Donna is a brilliant host,lovely coffee shop right beside and access to river, we will be back☺️

Lovely little Sauna on the banks of the river Shannon in Banagher. Lovely clean set up with a view of the river short walk down the pier to dip in the river to cool off.
